Yami Martinez has a big heart, an even bigger smile, and a life-long philosophy of making life better for others. She was born in Costa Rica, bravely moving to the United States at the tender age of 16 to attend school in New Jersey.
As a Realtor®, and the Principal Broker and founder of Altamar Real Estate, Yami helps families and individuals live a better life. Before becoming a Real Estate Broker in 2004, she was a successful advertising, marketing, and sales executive for blue-chip clients like Procter & Gamble, Kraft Foods, and Telemundo Cable Network. Yami's Real Estate career is a perfect fit for her diverse skills and service-minded attitude. Connecting with people, negotiating, and marketing has been a big part of her life for more than thirty years.

Yami is one of the world's 'doers.' She is also active and served as a Chapter President for NAHREP (National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals).

Originally from Minnesota, Maria moved to Orange County California with a degree in business communications and marketing from Minneapolis Metro State University. Maria has been working in real estate, investment properties and vacation rentals for over 25 years.
